Es posible realizar la mayoría de estos exámenes en formato ordenador (CB). Ten en cuenta no obstante que este es un formato de examen presencial, al igual que el examen en formato papel (PB), en la que el Centro Examinador proporcionará el ordenador para realizar el examen. La estructura y validez del examen es la misma en ambas versiones, al igual que el certificado recibido. No obstante, en la versión por ordenador los plazos de emisión de resultados y certificados son más reducidos, y los plazo

Sí. En primer lugar porque, en ciertas situaciones, te exigirán que demuestres tus conocimientos de inglés, como puede ser una entrevista de trabajo o unas oposiciones públicas en la que piden explícitamente un determinado nivel de inglés o para solicitar una plaza para estudios de grado o posgrado en una universidad extranjera.

No existe una edad mínima, aunque, sí es recomendable que el alumno tenga la edad suficiente para poder entender y asimilar todos los conceptos requeridos en el examen.

De todas formas, es importante saber que existe una versión de los exámenes denominada for Schools, que tiene la misma validez que el título estándar ya que el certificado que se expide es el mismo.

La diferencia entre una versión y otra radica en la temática utilizada, más acorde a personas más jóvenes (por motivos de cultura general o similares).

Las titulaciones de Cambridge (KET, PET, FCE, CAE, CPE) no tienen fecha de caducidad. No obstante, tenga en cuenta que las distintas entidades, empresas o universidades podrán decidir de manera independiente los requisitos necesarios de cara a sus procesos internos.
